Service Description

The purpose of this session is to explore your therapy requirements. It is an opportunity for you ask questions and clearly understand roles of a client therapist relationship. An in-depth personal history of you will be conducted to target your specific needs. If both of us are satisfied with the out come of the session we will schedule your next sessions. Be sure to download the Treatment Consent and Information Forms, fill them out and bring them with you.
